Choosing a wedding photographer can be a daunting task and it certainly was for my wife and I. My advice is to do your research. Get a feel for the type of photographs you want and the packages you’re being offered. If you can picture you and your partner in the photographer’s photos and you’re happy with the package you’re going to receive, then that is the photographer for you. Settle for nothing less!
For me, I like to take a step back. I try to be as unobtrusive as possible and capture your day as it unravels. The less you notice me, the more natural the moments I’ll be able to capture.
What does your standard package include?
This package includes me capturing your day from preparations to speeches. I will supply you with a digital album of around 300 high res. edited images for you to use and print as you please.
Do you offer the service of two photographers?
Yes I do. At an additional cost, I will supply a second photographer that will be able to capture different angles of key moments. For example, whilst I’m capturing the bride walking down the aisle, the second photographer will be capturing the grooms reaction. This will also result in you receiving a larger album.
Are you able to stay on after the speeches?
Yes I can. I charge an additional £50 p/h after the speeches and am happy to stay as late as you need me.
Do you cover weddings abroad?
Yes, I would be more than happy to travel to any destination. Simply get in contact and we can discuss in further detail.
Packages start from: £1,495
Should you wish to talk to me in more detail please visit the contact section of my website. I would be delighted to meet you for a chat, talk on the phone or simply answer any questions via email.
Age: 5-14 days old
Growing up in a big family, I was always surrounded by babies and children and I think that played a big part in why I love capturing newborns so much.
How soon do I need to book after I find out I’m pregnant?
I ask that parents contact me as soon as possible after their first scan to avoid any disappointment.
Why do you only offer newborn photography between this age?
Newborn babies LOVE to sleep! After the two week period, they become a lot more awake and aware of their surroundings, so capturing them this early is key to a successful session. It also means I am able to pose them more easily than when they get a little older.
How long do the sessions take?
Around 3-4 hours. Safety is a key factor in all of my sessions and therefore I don’t like to rush them. This time also allows me to do different setups, pose your baby and for some time for you to feed your little one if required.
How can I make the session go as smoothly as possible?
Training and experience mean I have gained a great deal of knowledge over the years. So, once you’ve confirmed your booking, I will send you out a prep pack that will help the session go as smoothly as possible.
Do you supply props and am I able to bring my own?
Over the years I’ve invested in a large amount of newborn props but should you wish to incorporate a keepsake into the shoot please do bring it along with you.
How many images will I receive and do you offer printing?
This is very dependent on how smoothly your session goes . I will always try to supply 10-15 high resolution images for you to use as you please. I do offer a printing service of photos, canvases and wooden photo prints. So please enquire should you require any more information.
